THE BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Physical Activity can be seen as anything that gets you moving, raises heart and breathing rates or makes you sweat. The current NHS guidelines recommend that each week adults should aim for 150 minutes of moderate activity with set rest periods. However, when starting with or returning to exercise anything is better than nothing so be proud of any effort you can make. We hope our bingo cards encourage you to get started.
